Which pathways are offered?

Administrative Support—In this pathway, students learn how to efficiently manage tasks and communications so organizations can thrive. All organizations, not just businesses, require administrative support, making this a versatile career.


Entrepreneurship—This pathway prepares students to formulate policies and direct the operations of a business, corporation, nonprofit, or other organization. In small firms, this may involve assuming advertising, promotions, marketing, sales, and public relations responsibilities.


General Management—This pathway prepares students to lead and manage others, improve processes and policies, and manage a range of personnel issues and concerns while focusing on the bottom line.


Human Resources Management—Students in this pathway learn about the strategic role HR plays as a liaison between the administration and the employees. Courses prepare students for staffing activities that involve planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and safety of employees.
